A Peterborough man has been arrested following a break and enter at a ironmongery store within the village of Bridgenorth on Tuesday evening.
In keeping with Peterborough County OPP, round 10:25 p.m., officers responded to a break and enter in progress on the retailer in Selwyn Township.
“Responding officers arrived on scene inside minutes of receiving the decision for service and had been in a position to find the suspect on the rear of the constructing,” OPP mentioned.
Trevor Boyne, 28, of Peterborough, was arrested and charged with breaking and coming into with the intent to commit an indictable offence and mischief — destroys or damages property and possession of break-in devices.
He was launched and is scheduled to look in courtroom in Peterborough on July 13, OPP mentioned Wednesday morning.
